1. Service-Based Nature

Our business primarily provides repair and maintenance services rather than physical product sales. Therefore, refunds are evaluated based on service outcomes and agreed terms.

2. Inspection Charges

Inspection or visiting charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the technician has visited and diagnosed the issue.

3. Service Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered if:

  • The reported issue remains unresolved after a reasonable follow-up attempt
  • The promised service cannot be delivered
  • A billing error occurs

Refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of service completion.

4. Spare Parts & Replacements

Spare parts once installed are generally non-returnable. Any warranty on parts is subject to supplier terms. Defective parts will be addressed under applicable warranty, not refunded.

5. Advance Payments

Advance payments for confirmed services may be refunded if cancellation is made before technician dispatch. Once service work has started, advances are adjusted toward service charges.

6. Cancellation Charges

Last-minute cancellations or repeated rescheduling may incur a nominal service fee to cover technician time and travel.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method or mutually agreed alternative within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Customer Responsibility

Customers must provide accurate issue details and appliance access. Refund eligibility may be affected if incorrect information or misuse is involved.

9. Policy Updates

Today Town reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of revised terms.
