All services are subject to technician availability, location, and operational conditions.
2. Bookings & Appointments

- Appointment times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, workload, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers must provide accurate information about the appliance issue to ensure proper service preparation.
Start Tagg reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary.
3. Pricing & Payments
- Service charges will be communicated before repair work begins whenever possible.
- Any additional parts or labor costs will be explained to the customer for approval.
- Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
- We accept payments through approved payment methods communicated at the time of service.

4. Parts & Warranty
- Replacement parts, if required, may be sourced from third-party suppliers.
- Warranty (if provided) applies only to the specific repair or replaced component.
- Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, electrical fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.
Warranty terms, if applicable, will be explained at the time of service.
5. Customer Responsibilities

Start Tagg is not responsible for issues arising from unsafe site conditions or failure to follow usage instructions.

- We do not guarantee restoration of severely damaged equipment
Customers will be informed if repair is not feasible.
7. Liability Disclaimer
